Rental Rates & Policies

We offer flexible trailer rental options designed to meet your hauling needs while keeping the process simple and transparent. Please review the rates and policies below prior to booking.

Rental Rates

Daily Rental

$125 per day
Daily rentals are billed per calendar day.

Weekend Rental

$300 flat rate
Includes pickup at 7:00 AM on Friday through return by 7:00 PM on Sunday, unless otherwise approved in advance.

Weekly Rental

$750 per week
Includes 7 consecutive days from pickup time to the same return time on day seven.
Weekly rentals override daily or weekend pricing.

Pickup & Return Policy

  • Pickup and return times are scheduled in advance and must be adhered to.

  • Early pickups or late returns require prior approval and may result in additional charges.

  • Rental time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time.

Late Returns

  • Late returns will be charged at $25 per hour, up to the daily rental rate.

  • Returns exceeding the daily rate will be charged an additional full day rental.

Delivery & Pickup Options

Trailer pickup is preferred. However, delivery and return services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Local Delivery

  • Delivery within 25 miles of the pickup location is available.

  • $75 one way or $150 round trip.

  • Delivery must be scheduled and approved in advance and is subject to availability.

Extended Delivery

  • Delivery beyond 25 miles may be available upon request.

  • Fees are calculated based on mileage and time.

  • All extended delivery fees will be quoted and approved prior to delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery fees are separate from rental rates.

  • Someone must be present at delivery and return to complete the handoff.

  • Delivery does not extend rental time unless explicitly approved in advance.

Trailer Use & Condition

  • Renter is responsible for ensuring proper towing capacity and vehicle compatibility.

  • Trailer must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.

  • Renter is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required beyond normal use.

Booking & Approval

  • All rentals are subject to approval.

  • A signed rental agreement and payment are required prior to release of the trailer.

  • Additional terms may apply as outlined in the rental contract.
